- Combine strength and skill with hand balances, gymnastic ring and bar work
- Focus your flexibility training - train the splits and stretches alike
Advanced ↓
- Advance your strength and flexibility training
- Progress and vary your pull-ups, press-ups and dips. Work on static levers, handstand variations and handstand transitions
- Put your strength to the test with dynamic flows on the floor, bars and rings
Creative fitness ↓
Varied creative cardio for all levels. From gentle cardio (including running basics) to power focused fitness (including freestyle skipping).

Getting a trainer can be intimidating - I’ve been there myself!
Our fear of being judged on our bodies, experiences, age and gender is often amplified in a fitness setting.
My priority is to create a non-judgmental, positive space for you, regardless of the above. I train clients in gym-free spaces - from Bristol parks and via online training.

How does it work? ↓
During your consultation we will discuss past experiences, goals and your expectations of using a trainer.
We’ll establish where you’re at in terms of experience and ability so that we can find the appropriate next steps in designing a programme tailored to you.
We will also try to identify any barriers you experience in improving your health, fitness and well-being and work together to deciding how I can best support you.
If it’s a fit, we’ll determine how many and what type of sessions you’d like and get the first one booked in!
